1.水解酸化-生物接觸氧化-生物炭印染廢水處理工藝
處理(li)印染(ran)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)通常采用(yong)水(shui)(shui)解(jie)(jie)酸(suan)(suan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)-生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物接觸氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)-生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物炭(tan)(tan)為主的(de)(de)處理(li)工(gong)(gong)藝,見(jian)圖(tu)3-1。該處理(li)工(gong)(gong)藝是(shi)近幾年來在印染(ran)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)處理(li)中采用(yong)較多、較成熟的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)藝流(liu)程(cheng)。水(shui)(shui)解(jie)(jie)酸(suan)(suan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)是(shi)對(dui)印染(ran)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)中可生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing)很差的(de)(de)某些高分(fen)子物質(zhi)和不溶(rong)性(xing)物質(zhi)通過水(shui)(shui)解(jie)(jie)酸(suan)(suan)化(hua)(hua)(hua),降(jiang)解(jie)(jie)為小分(fen)子物質(zhi)和可溶(rong)性(xing)物質(zhi),提高可生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing)和B/C。值,為后(hou)續好氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)處理(li)創造條(tiao)件(jian)。同(tong)時(shi)好氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)處理(li)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)剩余污(wu)泥經沉淀池(chi)(chi)(chi)全部(bu)回流(liu)到厭(yan)(yan)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)段,進(jin)(jin)行厭(yan)(yan)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)消化(hua)(hua)(hua),減少整個(ge)系統剩余污(wu)泥排(pai)放,即達到自(zi)身的(de)(de)污(wu)泥平衡。厭(yan)(yan)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)水(shui)(shui)解(jie)(jie)酸(suan)(suan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)池(chi)(chi)(chi)和生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物接觸氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)池(chi)(chi)(chi)中均(jun)安裝(zhuang)填料,屬(shu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物膜法(fa)處理(li);生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物炭(tan)(tan)池(chi)(chi)(chi)裝(zhuang)活性(xing)炭(tan)(tan)并(bing)供氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang),兼(jian)有懸浮生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)長和附著(zhu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)長法(fa)特點;脈沖(chong)進(jin)(jin)水(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)是(shi)對(dui)厭(yan)(yan)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)水(shui)(shui)解(jie)(jie)酸(suan)(suan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)池(chi)(chi)(chi)進(jin)(jin)行攪(jiao)拌。各(ge)部(bu)分(fen)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)力停留(liu)時(shi)間一般如(ru)下。調節(jie)池(chi)(chi)(chi):8~12h;厭(yan)(yan)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)水(shui)(shui)解(jie)(jie)酸(suan)(suan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)池(chi)(chi)(chi):8~10h;生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物接觸氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)池(chi)(chi)(chi):6~8h;生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物炭(tan)(tan)池(chi)(chi)(chi):1~2h;脈沖(chong)發生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)器間隔時(shi)間:5~10min。
